Partnering for Purpose and Progress
Whether you’re seeking support for a specific area of concern or a comprehensive evaluation across multiple areas of daily life, I am here to meet you where you are—both literally and figuratively.
I provide mobile outpatient occupational therapy services for individuals ages 5 and up, delivered in the comfort of your home or community setting.
My approach is collaborative, goal-directed, and always rooted in what matters most to you and your family.
At All Bright Futures, it’s not about changing who you are or asking you to become someone you’re not meant to be. Instead, my role is to help uncover and nurture the strengths already within you—like the sun lighting the path ahead—so you can flourish in your own time, in your own way.

Occupational Therapy Evaluation – $250
This one-hour, focused evaluation addresses two to four priority areas based on your specific concerns. Areas of focus may include:Sensory processing
Fine or gross motor skills
Executive functioning
Activities of daily living (e.g., dressing, hygiene)
Instrumental activities of daily living (e.g., cooking, organization)
Community or work-related skills
Recreation and leisure participation
Together, we will identify strengths, clarify challenges, and develop a personalized plan that reflects your goals. Following the session, you’ll receive a written report with clinical observations and targeted recommendations to support meaningful progress.

$150/session- package discounts available upon request
Occupational therapy services can be tailored to the rhythm and needs of your family. After the evaluation, we’ll collaborate to determine a service model that makes the most sense for your goals, availability, and level of support needed. Options may include:
Weekly or Biweekly Sessions – Ideal for ongoing skill development, consistent support, and the ability to adjust strategies in real time.
Monthly Check-Ins – Helpful for families looking for regular guidance and accountability while working on goals more independently between sessions.
Consultative Services – Designed for those seeking professional input, collaboration, or coaching without ongoing direct intervention. This might include environmental or routine recommendations, materials development, or strategy brainstorming.
Please note: Consultative services are not considered billable occupational therapy and will not include CPT codes for insurance reimbursement. A superbill cannot be provided for these sessions. However, they can be a powerful option for families who want flexibility and professional insight without formal intervention.
-
$200 (focused update)
As life changes, your therapy needs might too.
A re-evaluation helps us reassess strengths, challenges, and priorities so your plan of care continues to fit where you are now—and where you’re headed next.
Group Offerings
These groups are open to all interested participants—no occupational therapy evaluation is required, and these groups are not considered occupational therapy services.
While the groups are designed and facilitated by a licensed occupational therapist, they are not clinical in nature. Instead, they focus on practicing real-life skills in a supportive, engaging environment.
Participants will benefit from the structure, routines, and intentional design of the sessions, but no individualized assessment, goal-setting, or intervention will occur. This allows for greater accessibility and a fun, low-pressure experience!
